Product Information

The insulating CSA GTB is a reusable, gas-tight Type 1A - ET suit that encloses both the wearer and the self-contained breathing apparatus.

Made from Viton®/Butyl/Viton® (VBV), a coated premium quality material in warning orange DuPont™ Viton®, the least abrasion-prone material option in the GTB suit range, offering excellent chemical protection.

ChloroTex, a high-performance laminated material with an orange inner layer of CSM (chlorosulphonated polyethylene) rubber and a red outer layer, plus an internal chemical barrier film. ChloroTex demonstrates excellent chemical resistance in a comparatively lightweight, yet durable, reusable garment material.

The Viton® laminate material consists of a polyester material, coated on the outside with warning orange, flame-retardant DuPont™ Viton® and on the inside with grey thermoplastic and an additional barrier film.
