ProChem III CLF Blower Austria

The ProChem® III CLF Blower Austria full-body protective suit is operated with a powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR unit) worn contamination-free under the suit. The double cover flap of the front entry is closed with a wrap-around flap. Elastic bands on the sleeves and legs, as well as an elastic waistband, ensure an optimal fit, and the generously cut crotch area provides optimal freedom of movement. The panoramic visor allows for a perfect all-round view and offers enough space for helmets or communication systems. The blower enables long operational periods and good air distribution through exhalation valves.

The suit is made from our CLF material, which consists of a multi-layer durable barrier film and a moisture-absorbing inner fleece, providing the wearer with the highest comfort with optimal protection. It protects against a range of hazardous chemical substances, including acids, alkalis, and organic chemicals. It is extremely quiet and, thanks to its excellent antistatic properties, ideally suited for use in explosive areas. It meets the requirements for the normatively defined bio-barrier of the highest class, thus offering first-class protection against biological hazards.

Furthermore, the suit is equipped with ergonomic boot socks for a more comfortable fit and better protection of the feet inside shoes, a drip edge for safe drainage of liquids, and reinforced material in the elbow and knee areas for increased protection in heavily strained joint areas.

Firmly attached silicone-free KCL Camatril 730 nitrile gloves complete the suit. The gloves offer good abrasion, puncture, and cut resistance, and are resistant to acids, alkalis, long-chain alcohols, and aliphatic and alicyclic hydrocarbons.

Use in conjunction with the Malina CleanAir blower unit is also possible, thanks to the optimized ProChem design for blowers/PAPR units. Air distribution occurs via an ergonomic QuickLOCK® air connection for connecting the CleanAIR Chemical 2F (with 160 l/min airflow).
