CBRN Recovery Pouch

The CBRN gas-tight recovery pouch was developed for the transport of chemically contaminated disaster victims and body parts after CBRN incidents.

Made from Chemprotex™ X, a multi-layer high-performance chemical barrier material, the CBRN body bag is lightweight and extremely durable.

Features

• Clear viewing panel for victim identification (Adult/large pouch only)
• A4 waterproof pouch (over viewing panel) to cover the viewing panel, if required, and attach identification documents to the recovery pouch
• (10x) Sturdy carrying straps for transport by four people in PPE
• Durable material with double-sided base for abrasion protection
• Gas-tight high-performance zipper on the side of the bag for comfortable access
• Superabsorbent inserts at the bottom of the pouch with an absorption capacity of more than five liters of liquid
• Disposal by incineration or burial
• Made from Chemprotex™ X, a material that offers excellent protection against a wide range of chemicals
• For use with two CleanAir® CBRN filters, which ensure that gases produced by the body during decomposition can safely escape from the bag
• The shut-off valve (x2) at the CBRN filter outlet prevents leakage during transport
• Durable, lightweight material provides comfort during transport, handling, and storage
• Ten-year shelf life with a control inspection after seven years during the lifespan of the body bag
• Pressure tested internally according to ISO 17491-1:2012 Method 2 before shipment to confirm the pouch is gas-tight
• Provides a physical barrier for materials such as particles, liquids, vapors, and gases
