The ProChem® III CPM Blower Austria full-body protective coverall is powered by a PAPR unit, which is worn contamination-free underneath the coverall. The double cover panel at the front entrance is closed with a wrap-around panel. Elasticated cuffs and legs, as well as an elastic waistband, ensure a perfect fit, and the generously cut crotch area provides optimal freedom of movement. The panoramic visor provides perfect all-round visibility and offers sufficient space for helmets or communication systems. The blower enables long deployments and good air distribution through exhalation valves.
The suit is made from our CPM, a high-performance material developed for protection against a wide range of chemical and biological hazards. The outer layer of the material consists of a barrier layer that prevents the passage of chemical and biological substances. The inner layer is a soft, comfortable layer that is resistant to moisture and perspiration, increasing wearer comfort.
The suit also features overshoes with antistatic and non-slip outsoles and an inner shoe for greater waterproofness.
Firmly bonded, silicone-free KCL Camatril 730 nitrile gloves complete the suit. These gloves offer good abrasion, puncture, and cut resistance and are resistant to acids, alkalis, long-chain alcohols, and aliphatic and alicyclic hydrocarbons.
Use in conjunction with the Malina CleanAir blower unit is also possible thanks to the optimized ProChem design for blowers/PAPR units. Air distribution is achieved via an ergonomic QuickLOCK® air connection for connecting the CleanAIR Chemical 2F (with 160 l/min air flow).
