ProChem II CLF Austria

The ProChem® II CLF Austria is primarily used for tank and sewer cleaning, handling solid and liquid hazardous substances, decontamination work, and hazardous materials operations. Elasticated cuffs and legs, as well as an elastic waistband, ensure a perfect fit, and the generously cut crotch area provides optimal freedom of movement. The horizontal back entry with a protected wrap-around panel and hook-and-loop fastener ensures a tight fit. A butyl face cuff optimally seals the exterior of full-face masks.

The suit is made from our CLF material, which consists of a multi-layer, durable barrier film and a moisture-absorbing inner fleece, offering the wearer maximum comfort and optimal protection. It protects against a range of chemical hazards, including acids, alkalis, and organic chemicals. It is extremely quiet and, thanks to its excellent antistatic properties, is ideal for use in hazardous areas. It meets the requirements for the highest class of biobarriers defined by the standard, thus providing first-class protection against biological hazards.

Furthermore, the suit is equipped with ergonomic boot socks for a more comfortable fit, as well as better protection of the feet inside the shoes, a drip edge for safe drainage of liquids and reinforced material in the elbow and knee area for increased protection in the highly stressed joint area.

The suit is completed by tightly fitted, anatomically shaped KCL Butoject 898 butyl gloves, which are highly flexible even in cold conditions and offer good ozone, UV, and temperature resistance. The gloves are gas-impermeable and resistant to many acids, alkalis, solvents, alcohols, esters, plasticizers, and ketones.
